Fully automatic traffic cone
management system

X-Cone is a fully automated traffic cone management system offering a higher level of safety for workers and maximum efficiency for contractors. By using the illuminated touchscreen control the driver can select the desiered cone spacing which can be from 10 meters to open end. Once this is set X-Cone can deploy as well as collect traffic cones fully automatic. X-Cone operates multidirectional. The machine can deploy/ collect traffic cones from either right- or left hand side, as well as in and against traffic flow direction. Because of the multiderictional design the machine can be used for any job.

Steuerung

Unsere speziell entwickelte X-Cone Steuerung ist das Herz der Maschine. Neben der SPS-Steuerung sind auch Ladegerät, Pufferakku sowie die integrierte Mitladevorrichtung, leicht zugänglich für Servicezwecke, im Steuerkasten verbaut.

Staplerschuhe

Mittels der integrierten Staplerschuhe jeweils links und rechts an der Maschine kann der X-Cone einfach und schnell mit jedem Gabelstapler bequem auf- bzw. wieder abgebaut werden.

Leitkegel-Positionierer

Für das Einsammeln der Leitkegel braucht es den Leitkegel-Positionierer. Diese Komponente positioniert den Leitkegel so, dass die Maschine ihn automatisch aufnehmen kann. Der Positionierer ist flexibel einstellbar. So können Leitkegel wahlweise sowohl im Vorwärtsgang  als auch im Rückwärtsgang eingesammelt werden.

Im Lieferumfang ist ein Leitkegel-Positionierer mit enthalten.

LED-Weitwarneinrichtung

Zur Warnung des Verkehrs sind optional LED Weitwarnleuchten verfügbar. Diese Leuchten können  einfach integriert und bequem über das Bedienteil des X-Cone mit gesteuert werden. Alle unsere Leuchten entsprechen dem Europäischen Standard EN 12352 für die Klasse L2H, L8H und L9H.

Remote Service Zugang

Zu Servicezwecken ist jede X-Cone Maschine mit einem Remote Service Zugang ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf kann ortsunabhängig über jedes Mobiltelefon (Hotspot) eine Verbindung zu unseren Servicetechnikern hergestellt werden. Diese können den Status der Maschine prüfen, Fehler auslesen und diese gegebenenfalls beheben.

MobiLED Lichtleitsystem

Zur Absicherung nach Hinten stehen eine Vielzahl an Leuchtpfeilanlagen zur Auswahl. Von einfachen Richtungspfeilanlagen  (LP15) bis hin zu Vollmatrix Anzeigen stehen in Verbindung mit unserem X-Cone ein breites Spektrum an Leuchtpfeilanlagen zur Verfügung. Selbstverständlich erfüllen alle unsere Leuchten und LED-Anzeigen sämtliche Standards hinsichtlich EN 12352 und EN 12966.

Dual-Kamerasystem

Mit dem Dual-Kamerasystem behalten sie stets den Überblick. Die Arbeitsprozesse des X-Cones können über 2 Stk. Kameras in Echtzeit überwacht werden. Das erhöht die Sicherheit und erleichtert das Arbeiten für den Anwender. 

Automatische Warnmarker

Bis zu 4 Stk. automatische Warnmarker erhöhen die Sicherheit und Sichtbarkeit des X-Cone im Einsatz. Die Marker sind mit richtungsweisender Reflexfolie beklebt und verfügen zudem über eine LED-Leuchte für bessere Sichtbarkeit. Auf Kopfdruck klappen die Marker um 90° nach unten und erhöhen damit die Sichtbarkeit des Einsatzfahrzeugs, speziell bei Nacht- und Tunneleinsätzen.

Cone Gripper

Mit dem pneumatischen Cone Gripper erfolgt die Aufnahme der Leitkegel. Der Cone Gripper ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und kann bei Bedarf flexibel an diverse Leitkegelmodelle angepasst werden. 

Für den Aufnahmeprozess kommen Gripper aus Edelstahl zum Einsatz. Diese speziellen Gripper gewährleisten eine sichere und stabile Aufnahme von Leitkegeln bei allen Witterungsbedingungen.

LED-Arbeitsscheinwerfer

Die Hochleistungs LED-Arbeitsscheinwerfer ermöglichen gute Rundumsicht auch bei Arbeiten in der Nacht bzw. im Tunnel. Der kritische Bereich der Leitkegelaufnahme wird mit diesen Scheinwerfern optimal beleuchtet. Das erhöht die Sicherheit und erleichtert das Arbeiten für den Anwender.

PLC

Our smart PLC is the heart of the machine. In addition to the smart PLC control X-Cone is fitted with integrated charging system as well as a buffer battery. All relevant parts in the control box are easily accessible for service and maintenance purposes.

Forklift opening

With the integrated forklift openings on the left and right hand side of the machine, X-Cone can be mounted as well as dismounted fast and easy.

Guide cone positioner

The cone positioner is needed to collect the cones. This component positions the guide cone so that the machine can pick it up automatically. The positioner is flexibly adjustable. In this way, guide cones can optionally be used both in forward as well as be collected in reverse.

A guide cone positioner is included in the scope of delivery.

LED Advanced warning lamps

For prewarning of oncoming traffic there are various LED warning lamps available. The LED warning lamps can easily be installed. They can alse be integrated and controlled vie the touchscreen control panel of the X-Cone machine. All our LED advanced warning lamps are compliant with EN 12352 standard for classe L2H, L8H and L9H.

Remote service access point

For service and maintenance X-Cone comes with a integrated remote service access tool. Regardless of the location our service team can get remote access to the X-Cone machine on demand. This can be arranged via creating a hotspot with any mobile device. This feature enables our service engineers to check the status of the machine online and provide technical support if needed.

MobiLED message boards

In order to provide better prewarning for road users there are various options of LED light arrow systems available. Depending on your needs you can choose a variety of different message board options. From a simple LP15 light arrow board to a fullmatrix RGB message board – everything is possible. All our LED lamps are compliant with EN-12352 standard. All our fullmatrix message boards are compliant with EN 12966 standard.

Dual camera system

Get full visual control of the X-Cone machine with the dual camera system. All working processes of the X-Cone machine can be controlled via two cameras which montitor the system in real time. Using the camera system improves the safety and makes it easy for the drivers to operate the machine.

Automatic warning markers

Up to 4 pcs. automatic warning markers increase the safety and visibility of the X-Cone in use. The markers are covered with directional reflective tape and also have an LED light for better visibility. By pushing the button on the control panel, the markers fold down 90° and increase the visibility of the X-Cone vehicle, especially during night time as well as during tunnel operations.

Cone Gripper

The pneumatic Cone Gripper is used to pick up the traffic cones. The cone cripper is made of stainless steel and can be modified to be used with various different traffic cone models if required.

Stainless steel grippers are used for the cone pick up procedure. The special design of the cone gripper ensures safe and stable operation at almost all weather conditions.

LED worklight

The high-performance LED work lights enable maximum visibility even when working at night or in tunnels. The LED worklights illuminate the critical area when placing/ collecting the traffic cones. It increases the safety and makes work easier for the driver.
